You are invited to the classical guitar recital with Trần Tuấn An. He will combine famous works of international composers and Vietnamese folk songs in his upcoming performance.
After traveling around the world, gaining several prizes and lessons from famous international music institutions, Trần Tuấn An has come back to Vietnam. He graduated from Vietnam National Academy of Music and won 39th Lincoln Academy Award. Now it’s time to conquer the Vietnamese audience. Trần Tuấn An will perform famous works of Mauro Giuliani, Joaquin Rodrigo, Nakita Koshkin , Johann Mertz Kaspa, Roland Dyens as well as compositions which are inspired by Vietnamese folk songs by Đặng Ngọc Long.

Come to the music night with ALTON MILLER, one of House music’s pioneering legends in what is guaranteed to be a night of great music and serious dancing.
Inspired by Stevie Wonder, Santana, Parliament, Funkadelic and the Philadelphia sound, ALTON MILLER has produced over 120 tracks over the years on legendary labels such as Planet E, King Street/Nitegrooves, Trackmode Records, Seasons, Octave Lab and Defected to name a few. He has played alongside DJs such as Ron Hardy, Frankie Knuckles, Larry Levan and Timmy Regisford since he first started spinning at the legendary Detroit Music Institute in the late 80s. The Music Institute was one of the epicenters of the underground house movement where Alton and Chez Damier shared a Saturday night residency helping to create the musical volcano that erupted worldwide in 1988. In spite of being young, Edna Stern has been well-known in the most prestigious Western musical institutions, from Belgium, US to Italy, Switzerland. In Paris, she developed a strong bond with the old and contemporary instruments, like romantic composers, that made her performance so realistic. In collaboration with leading orchestras, by sublimating concertos of Mozart and Bach, the soloist has confirmed her exceptional statue. Since 2009, she has worked as a lecturer at famous Royal College of Music in London.

With Small alley, Quiet alley, Railway, Raining street, Ancient streetHanoi street alleys at present are sketched by Dang Van Quynh with full of face, vestige of each street. Realistic style with romantic trend, life breath is resounded from alley, through a view in details according to each lamp-post, motor, or a vendor. Using skillfully oil painting, but not making us of technique, he paints healthily, strongly and conclusively large fragments.
Nguyễn Trọng Tài’s paintings are lightly, soft relevant to tones of emotion, a voice of color combination and light rhythm. Each painting expresses a world of specific rhythm. Ballet-dancers mix with feelings, dances in fanciful, dreamlike and romantic space. Ballet-dancers in painting are very loveable. Viewers seem to mix with these tones of emotion. The artist doesn’t paint in details. The space is open, in order to create fancifulness. It is always interesting to view directly his works. Skillful combination between real and virtue creates impressive, soft and unique feelings.
Japanese Traditional Rice Cake Mochi Pounding Ceremony

Japanese people celebrate New Year as Christian calendar with many unique and special activities. Come to celebrate Japanese New Year with “Rice cake Mochi pounding ceremony”.
Mochi pounding is a tradition on the first day of the New Year with desire of luck, health and prosperity. Traditional Mochi is made from soft and sweet rice (called Mochi rice, or Mochiko). The rice is soaked overnight before cooked. Then the cooked rice is crushed in a large wooden mortar by 2 people until becoming sticky mass then formed into round shape.
The organizer will reappear a real traditional Mochi pounding as Japanese style. Besides that you will aslo have the chance to enjoy sake wine after the activity of “Brake the Sake”.
